Return / exchange process

We provide 101 days free return on all orders, so you have plenty of time to consider whether the jewellery is for you.

Our return / exchange process is super simple:

1. Visit our return portal (Click here)

2. Enter your order number and postcode

3. Select item(s)

4. Choose the jewellery you want to return / exchange

5. Pack item(s) and order confirmation

6. Put a copy of the order confirmation and the jewellery in the package. Put package label on the outside of the package.

7. Drop the parcel off at your nearest post office

Refund or exchange

We will trade the return item as soon as we receive the package. We strive to process it within 1-3 business days.

Please note that:

We do not take items back that have been bought on sale and at a reduced price. Items must be returned in their original packaging, undamaged and unused in their With Love Darling box.

On offers where you have received 'two for one' or 'three for two', the entire order must be returned to get your money back.



If you return your goods internationally, you must pay for the shipment yourself. However, we would strongly recommend that you use a secure courier service to return your goods to us, as we can not be held responsible for items that do not reach us. Please note that international customs and sales taxes are NOT refundable.


Returned items must be in their original packaging in the condition in which they were received. With Love Darling does not accept returns of any items that have been used.

Receipt of your refund

Refunds will be made within 7 working days of receipt of the returned items. Your bank may take up to 7 business days to credit your account. Returns are credited to the original buyer's credit card. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable. A confirmation email will be sent to you.
