The guarantee covers the following:

• Broken cord or elastic band
• Cracks in beads
• Damaged clasp or closure

Please note that we do not offer a lifetime warranty on items purchased outside our own webshop. A receipt must be presented to use the lifetime guarantee. Further, the warranty does not cover problems with the coating or discoloration of beads.
